Playing Experience: Canevin Catholic HS (1990-1994); Various men's teams

Coaching Philosophy: To stress Individual Development of each and every

player in a fun atmosphere. Make sure each and every player can get as many

touches on the ball as possible and encourage them to not be afraid to take

risks and try new things, as that is the only way they will learn what will and what

won't work. Have fun most importantly.

Coaching Philosophy: Through technically sound, structured, and age appropriate

training an environment is created where players learn to think for themselves and

make the right decisions. Using guided self-discovery, players are encouraged to

take risks and play creatively throughout the ever-changing game. My goal is to

make the game enjoyable and provide situational feedback throughout the learning

experience so that the players can make the most informed decisions and are

accountable in their decision-making both on and off the field.

Coaching Philosophy: Pass and move while maintaining possession of the ball. If

the ball is lost, retrieve the ball while creating pressure situations. There are moments

in the game where it is appropriate to play direct, but all-in-all possession soccer

will create the most opportunities to learn the game and produce good results.
